My absence was primarily due to getting adjusted to a new life, a new routine. It's been quite an experience thus far for both Ruby and I. Certainly an experience in a positive direction. Though we're pretty much settled-in, the days are still generously offering us new lessons in life. We see ourselves consciously reminding each other to be optimistic in all that we do. So far, with His grace, it's going more than just good.
Many have reminded us that it's only the beginning. Indeed. But this is the case with all new chapters of our life, innit? Think new school, new job, new relationship. Now, don't shoot me for making such a shallow comparison but the point is - did you make the most out of it?
This reminds me of the 90/10 principle, which I'd love to reiterate to some people who keep cautioning us on the initial rosy-6-months of living a married life. I firmly believe what lies ahead is a product of our own doing (err... with occasional and inevitable influence from external factors!).
Anywayyy... now that I'm back in business and have all the wedding photos sorted, I will be sharing our experience in small digestible bites :) This time round, I promise to make it happen!
Stay tuned...

Hey there! Finally, an update! :p
Well, can't agree less that what lies ahead of us, is basically a result of what we do now (Plus Blessings from HIM). You can't expect a good marriage to fall out from the sky and given to you on a gold platter. And no, there's no such thing as first 6 months are rosy etc. Nonsense! Your first 6 months can be hell too, right? It all depends on how you approach the positive as well as the negative.
God Bless! Be happy always!
