I've downsized (low-resolution for quick loading) selected photos that will be shared in this entry and upcoming posts. Shortlisting from a pool of over a thousand images proved to be quite a challenge as every photo is significant to us. So, for your viewing pleasure... here it is:
Now, here are some photos of what transpired justa day or two before the wedding. Since most of the
preparations had been done, I only went on leave
two days before the wedding. Had enough time to
work on the nitty-gritty.
And that's our residence! Buddy Gurmeet did afantastic job with the canopy. He even offered to
extend it to the street. Thanks bro. Fine job.
Introducing Sunita a.k.a. Sun, my one & only sister in law.She did a brillant job with the lettering, which was crafted by
another buddy, Sunil Sachdev. He made a complimentary
set for the bedroom too. Sweet!
Haha... me! That was probably my only contributionto the room & house decoration. Left it all to the
good hands of Dad, bro Jagdip & Sunita.
Now, if you have watched Bollywood films, you'dknow what our weddings are like. You can't do
without the deco. That's Jag working on the final
bit of the centre-piece. Very impressive.
After sorting out the home deco, Sun took Mom ona pedicure-manicure escapade. They appear to be
wearing some kinda uniform! Coincidence, maybe.
Ranjeev and I at Samy's (my barber). Samy is oneawesome thamby from Madras, who shaped my beard
throughout the few month before the wedding.
My BestMan Ranjeev & Righthand Man Raj.This was in KL, just moments before we drove
home with the vintage wedding ride.
Prior to this, Ruby and I went for 'fitting' just to besure we could comfortably sit in the car. This shot
was taken just as we were about to leave for home.
At home, elegantly parked in our driveway. Most cars slowed down as they passed our
house, just to get a glimpse of her beauty.
